The Masterclass off-piste/touring course is designed to help you get the most out of the unparalleled off-piste that Tignes and Val d’Isere have to offer. In the hands of some of the most experienced guides and instructors, you will have the opportunity to explore this back-country paradise. With a maximum 6 people per group, you learn how to be safer on the mountain as well as ski some fantastic terrain and receive some in-depth technical feedback on skiing a variery of snow types and using different ski equipment made for the backcountry. When conditions permit, this course also offers the opportunity to go touring and leave the standard routes behind. Skiing Standard
As we run multiple groups we are able to accommodate different standards of previous off piste experience in most cases. However, it is recommended that you can ski comfortably on all pistes and are looking to further your technical skills with some experience and ability to ski outside the piste markers. If you can link turns and control speed in deeper snow this will mean this course is well suited to you. We are also able to introduce you to this skill on this course. If you are looking to learn to ski from a lower level, you may want to consider getting some private tuition from one of our trainers.
