BASI Trainer & Snowboard Instructor

Renelle is one of few women to be recruited onto the BASI Snowboard training team.

From her snowboarding beginnings in Thredbo Australia she was completely hooked, and found the lure of the Alps irresistible. She thrives in the mountain environment enjoying all mountain sports, including skiing, back country hiking and snow skating.

Her snowboarding career developed rapidly due to her passion, natural agility and pursuit of excellence.

Renelle is an all round water person, growing up in the surf capital of Australia’s Sunshine Coast. From age seven, she trained extensively in surf lifesaving which progressed into surfing. Her water skills have been advantageous in crossing over into the frozen environment. With a contagious love for nature, her patience, unique qualities and natural teaching skills will put you at ease with the spirit of the mountain, ensuring you reach your full potential.

During the summer months, Renelle reconnects with the ocean, spending countless hours surfing the Atlantic Coast of South West France.

ALLIANCE snowboarding is her greatest venture with partners Simon Cooke and Neil McNair, the first snowboard specific school in the Espace Killy.

Qualifications:

• BASI Snowboard Trainer to the highest level (Teacher)
• French Moniteur National

6 Seasons - Soldeu el Tarter, Andorra
5 Seasons - Meribel, France
2 Seasons - Tignes, France
1 Season - Thredbo, Australia
