Neil is currently leading the field for the coaching and development of snowboard Instructors. His role as BASI snowboard director allows him to be the face and first point of contact for the membership of BASI. Over the past two years he has been influential in gaining full working rights for BASI snowboard teachers within France – a revolution in snowboarding.
Neil skied from an early age in his native Scotland, but at eleven had transferred his skills to snowboarding – learning to ride at such an early age has been a key factor in his development. Since leaving school, he has lived and breathed snowboarding. Neil thrives off every aspect of the sport, backcountry, piste, park and pipe, continually pushing his riding. Matched with extensive worldwide experience, he hopes to inspire.
Away from the mountain, Neil’s a keen surfer and skater. His only vice in life is an incurable addiction to trainers.
